# UB - Example 3
In this example, the user generated Product Volume on Level 2 and Level 3 of his Unilevel Structure. The user will receive Unilevel Commission.
## Initial situation:
#### **Structure**:
We reference the "[Advanced Unilevel Structure](/compensation-plan/business-logic/structures/unilevel-structure.md#advanced-structure)".
#### **Rank**:
We reference the "[Regular Rank Calculation 3](/compensation-plan/business-logic/ranks/rank-calculation/regular-rank-calculation/rrc-example-3.md)" and "[Ranks Table](/compensation-plan/business-logic/ranks.md)"
#### **Qualifying Period:**
This calculation is based on the following assumed [Qualifying Period](#qualifying-period).\

**Start**: 01.01.2023 00:00 EST\
**End**: 31.01.2023 23:59 EST\
\
**Cutoff Time**: 14.02.2023 23:59 EST\
**Distribution Day**: 15.02.2023
#### Miscellaneous:
Any invoice that has \
\- the issue date between 01.01.2023 00:00 EST to 31.01.2023 23:59 EST \
\- the status: "completed", "resolved", "overpayment"\
will be considered for the calculation.\
\
The [Affiliate Status](/compensation-plan/business-logic/payout/payout-qualification/affiliate-status.md) must be Active at the snapshot time of 31.01.2023 23:59 EST \
The [Customer Ratio](/compensation-plan/business-logic/payout/payout-qualification/customer-ratio.md) must be meet at the snapshot time of 31.01.2023 23:59 EST \

Calculation time will be done up to the [Cutoff Time](/compensation-plan/business-logic/qualifying-period/calculation-cutoff-time.md) ( 14.02.2023 23:59 EST ), any changes after the will be ignored.

Only users from Level 2 and deeper will be considered for the Substructures Volume.

## Commission Calculation
**Commission from User5:**\
The User with the highest Compensation Base in the Sponsor Line Between User 5 and User is User4.\
User4 has 4% Compensation Base.\
The differential Rate will be 12% - 4% = 8%\
1200 Volumen \* 8% = $96\
\
**Commission from User6:**\
There is no User that meets the Payout Qualification in the Sponsor Line Between User 6 and User.\
The differential Rate will be 12% - 0% = 12%\
4800 Volumen \* 12% = $576\
\
**Commission from User7:**\
There is no User that meets the Payout Qualification in the Sponsor Line Between User 7 and User.\
The differential Rate will be 12% - 0% = 12%\
2400 Volumen \* 12% = $288\
\
**Commission from User8:**\
The User with the highest Compensation Base in the Sponsor Line Between User 8 and User is User6.\
User6 has 10% Compensation Base.\
The differential Rate will be 12% - 10% = 2%\
2400 Volumen \* 2% = $48\
\
**Commission from User9:**\
The User with the highest Compensation Base in the Sponsor Line Between User 8 and User is User6.\
User6 has 10% Compensation Base.\
The differential Rate will be 12% - 10% = 2%\
4800 Volumen \* 2% = $96\
\
**Total: $1.104**

In this example, the user will receive $1.104 Unilevel Commission on the **Distribution Day**: 15.02.2023.
