# Payout

### Definition:

Payout will be based on the calculated rank and sales activities throughout the Qualifying Period.\
Based on the Bonus Logic, the amount the Affiliate Partner can receive is defined.\
The commission does not get distributed directly after the sale is confirmed but  based on the [Payout Distribution](/compensation-plan/business-logic/payout/payout-distribution.md) with respect of the [Payout Qualification](/compensation-plan/business-logic/payout/payout-qualification.md).

### Affiliate Status:

Similar to the Rank Qualification, the Affiliate Partner has to have an active Affiliate Subscription for the Qualifying Period in question in order to receive commission for his work.
