Generally speaking, if a user is not placed by the end of the 2nd day after the that the user signed up in, he will be placed automatically by the system. If a user that signed up in January is still within the Holdingtank at the 3rd February 00:00 EST, the placement will be done automatically by the system. If your is left, all users in your holdingtank ( as well as the users in their holdingtank ) will be placed to the left. The order of placement is from the earliest registration first to the latest registration last.
