# Affiliate Status

### Definition:

Active Affiliate Subscription means, the Invoice for the purchase of the Affiliate Subscription must be before the end of the [Qualifying Period](/compensation-plan/business-logic/qualifying-period.md), the end of the Affiliate Subscription must be after the end of the [Qualifying Period](/compensation-plan/business-logic/qualifying-period.md) and the Affiliate Subscription has to be active.
