Any invoice that has \
\- the issue date between 01.01.2023 00:00 EST to 31.01.2023 23:59 EST \
\- the status: "completed", "resolved", "overpayment"\
will be considered for the calculation.\
\
Any changes to Invoices after the [Cutoff Time](https://docs.be-infinity.com/compensation-plan/business-logic/qualifying-period/calculation-cutoff-time) ( 14.02.2023 23:59 EST )  will be ignored.\
\
The [Affiliate Status](https://docs.be-infinity.com/compensation-plan/business-logic/payout/payout-qualification/affiliate-status) must be Active at the snapshot time of 31.01.2023 23:59 EST

Volume Substructure 2: 19.000\
Volume Substructure 3: 600\
Volume Substructure 4: 1.200\
Personal Rank Volume: 600\
**Total: 22.200 Volume**\
\
22.000 is less than 10.000, so the [Minimum Volume](https://docs.be-infinity.com/compensation-plan/business-logic/ranks/rank-qualifications/minimum-volume) for the Rank Ambassador is not met.\
This means we need to check the next lower&#x20;

## Result:

In this example, the user qualifies for the Rank Ambassador.\
Here the [Leg Size Limit](https://docs.be-infinity.com/compensation-plan/business-logic/ranks/rank-qualifications/leg-size-limit) is relevant and problematic in the Rank calculation.\
If the Volume were distributed more evenly, User would achieve the Rank Saphire without any additional volume.\
Additional Volume either from personal or within the Unilevel Structure of at least 1000 would be enough to achieve Saphire in this example.
